Planning is where the heavy lifting begins, we take your ideas and bring them to life. Our event professionals handle the logistics of the planning process so you can focus on the fun stuff. We book appointments/site visits, fine-tune the budget and much more. You let us know what you want, and we do our best to make it happen.
Service Fee: $900.00 + 10% service charge.
We want to help you actually enjoy the event you planned and not have to deal with all the behind- the-scenes day of details. Our coordinators will oversee the festivities to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible. We work from set up to breakdown.
Be mindful Coordinators must be brought on a month minimum in advance to the event just to become familiar with what needs to be done.
Service Fee: $800.00 for a six-hour service.
Understanding what you want for your special event is super important to us. Sit down with one of our consultants to work on specific aspects of your event planning. Brainstorm ideas, give expert advice, troubleshoot past obstacles, give vendor recommendations etc.
Rate: $200/Hr – if you only want to acquire a consultation.
Rate: $180/Hr – if you would like to also acquire our planning services.
